In the RFP, it states real estate acquisition is not anticipated. Have existing curb ramps been reviewed with respect to potential TLE needs associated with replacement?

This segment of High Street was last rehabilitated with intermittent sidewalk improvements as part of an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act project in  2010 under WisDOT project ID 5990-04-71. If TLEs are discovered to be needed during the design process, the awarded firm will be expected to assist with the acquisition.
