On Thursday, May 30, the railroad will be unloading new rails to be installed, which will result in crossings being blocked for approximately 20 to 25 minutes when the rails are being unloaded. There shouldn't be more than two crossings closed at any one time. Set up will start around 6 a.m. and the procedure for unloading will start around 8 a.m. The train with the supplies to be unloaded is 2,000 feet long. To put that into perspective, the train will be the length of just under six football fields.
