The City of Milton has approved $9,740 from the first set of applications received for the Residential Exterior Improvement Program for three projects:
- Roof replacement
- Outdoor trim repainting
- Siding and garage door replacement
This leaves $15,260 left of the allotted $25,000 to be granted in 2019.
Any applications received by May 9 will be placed on the Community Development Authority agenda for initial review on May 13 at 2:30 p.m., Joint Review Board agenda on May 14 at 4 p.m. (if necessary), and Common Council agenda for review on May 21 at 6 p.m.
Residents can continue to submit applications for the program until all funds are granted for the year. The funds will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
