The photo included with this message is a copy of a March Utility Bill with the credit for running your water on it.
The number in the blue rectangle shows the actual consumption of what you used by running your water, but were not billed for.
The number in the red rectangle is the consumption amount of what you were actually billed for on both the water and sewer side.
UPDATE: If you are a commercial property and are running water, please contact the utility department to discuss a credit.
