Registration forms are available on the City's website and from Derek Henze at Edward Jones, 691 S. Janesville Street (next to Anytime Fitness). Derek is serving as the parade coordinator again for 2023.
All forms must be submitted to Derek either by regular mail, in person, by email (derek.henze@edwardjones.com), or through the electronic form on the City's website by June 16at Noon.
