Milton Featured in New Travel Book

Author Dannelle Gay to Visit Milton for Book Signings

Dannelle Gay, also known as "The Traveling Cheesehead," is a passionate Wisconsinite known for exploring the most popular attractions and hidden gems across the country. In her new guidebook called "100 Things to Do in Wisconsin Before You Die," Dannelle has curated the ultimate Wisconsin bucket list, filling the pages with insider’s tips and itineraries for every season. The list is organized into categories like Food and Drink, Music and Entertainment, Sports and Recreation, Culture and History, and Shopping and Fashion.

Milton attractions including sipping an ice cream drink at the Buckhorn Supper Club and checking out a stop on the Underground Railroad at the Milton House Museum are featured in this comprehensive guide to all the must-see, must-taste, and must-do activities in Wisconsin.

When asked about her time spent in Milton, Dannelle shared, "My book is the result of months of exploring and uncovering the hidden gems of Wisconsin. I am thrilled to share my discoveries with readers and help them make the most of their visit to Milton - it is an incredible destination."

Dannelle will be visiting the area to promote the book and offer book signings at a few different locations this spring. Book signing dates include May 4 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Milton House Museum and May 6 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Buckhorn Supper Club. All proceeds raised at the Milton book signing events will return to the Milton House Museum and the Kevin Pope Memorial Foundation.

The book will be available for purchase at each book signing or can also be purchased in-person and ordered online at a variety of retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Target.
