CITY OF MILTON, WISCONSIN
- Time and Place of Opening Bids. Bids for the 2021 Sanitary Sewer Televising for the City of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, can be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid for a fee of $30.00 until 1:00 PM, February 18, 2021 and at that time will be made available to bidders and the public. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.QuestCDN.com. Please contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading and working with digital project information.
- Description of Work. The proposed bid shall include costs for all labor, equipment, traffic control, safety and mobilization to complete the project. Upon completion the contractor shall provide the City two (2) copies of reports of the televising results, and two (2) USB flash drives (or DVD copies) of all televising. The contractor shall have equipment capable of televising all sewer sized between six (6) and eighteen (18) inch diameter. The total footage may be adjusted based on bids and budget.
- Information for Bidders. Complete digital project bidding documents are available for viewing at www.questcdn.com or www.milton-wi.gov/Bids. You may become a planholder by downloading the digital documents for $15.00 by inputting Quest project number 7519436. Planholders will receive automatic notice of addendums and other bidding document updates via QuestCDN. Documents can only be purchased through QuestCDN. This Bid will remain open for 45 days after the date of Bid opening or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner.
- Rejection of Bids. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
