In this workshop, learn decoupage with Decoupage Queen papers and moulds using IOD moulds. Cost includes, a 10"x10" unframed wooden sign, small Decoupage Queen rice paper, use of the IOD moulds bar and Dixie Belle Paints bar, paintbrushes, and top coat. No experience is necessary.
